Best experience I’ve had with a dealership! The sales man (Cameron) was really helpful and worked with me and got me the best deal that worked for me and my family. Definitely would go back.

I was very happy with the experience I had with the Dave Warren service department in Jamestown. I dopped my Jeep off after an unexpected breakdown. They diagnosed the issue and had parts ordered within a few hours. I picked it up a few days later. They handled the warranty claim and I had to do nothing. My favorite part of the experience: there communication is excellent! I was informed during every step of the process. My least favorite part of the experience: they didn't have a "loaner car" available, so I had to find alternative transportation for a few days.

Cameron and Samantha were both very professional and very helpful with the purchase of our new Ram. Cameron is a very nice polite young man and treated us with great respect.

Hailey Lindahl was incredibly easy to work with—friendly, responsive, and genuinely accommodating throughout the whole experience. What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. While my brand-new vehicle needed an oil change, she drove over 30 minutes to bring me a loaner car, knowing I’m currently pregnant. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant a lot. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a seamless car-buying experience and someone who truly puts their customers first.

Bought a new RAM from Cameron here at Dave Warren. I have looked at other dealers prior, and they were pushy and holding onto my keys for my trade so I couldn't leave. Walked in here and had a straight forward, no BS conversation with him. Met with Sam and she took care of the money side. Was in and out in no time. Extended warranty prices were great as well. I'll be back to buy another truck from them soon.

Originally came to look at a Journey. Sam and Cameron were able to get us into a very nice Chrysler Pacifica. Never felt judged because of our past credit. Got us a great warranty and kept it under what I wanted to pay every month!

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Dave Warren. I recently just bought a new truck and couldn’t express how easy the whole process was compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. My wife has bought her last two cars from Dave Warren and it’s always a great experience. Dave and his staff were straightforward with finance options, trade in value, and all of the fine print details that other dealerships often gloss over. I’ve also utilized their service department on numerous occasions with my previous truck and have always found them to be reasonable and fair. My last truck had a common issue that was no longer covered by warranty and Dave and his staff went out of their way to get the work done and covered so I paid very little out of pocket. If you drive Dodge, Jeep, or Ram I would highly recommend going to Dave for service or for your next purchase. Between my wife and I and the rest of my family, we have purchased multiple cars through Dave Warren and will continue to do so.
